We start with a profile for an employee and then match them to jobs.  They won’t talk to companies unless their profile matches them:

    • Unlimited: recommended for anyone hopeful to hire 10 or more persons a year

      • $15,000 annually 50% up front the remaining monthly, 10% of annual salary. 50% at hire, 50% at 3 months 5% retention kick after 90 day onboard

      • Value over traditional services at ten FTE’s added:140K or 66% savings PLUS headache relief

    • Premium: recommended for anyone 

      • $10,000 annually 50% up front the remaining monthly, 10% of annual salary. 50% at hire, 50% at 3 months 5% retention kick after 90 day

      • Value over traditional services at ten FTE’s added:$70,000 or 60% savings PLUS headache relief

      • 20% of salary plus 15% success fee after 90 days
